A madman foreign asset is president of the USA and it signals the end of our leadership on the free world stage. The American public in all our wisdom elected this dangerous, corrupt predator to lead us twice. It’s on the American people and our elected officials, who both continue to refuse to face reality. We live in delusion and we’ll be paying for it for years to come. Mark Carney’s speech in Davos this weekend pulling back the veil of delusion was brilliant and likely marked the beginning of a new day for Canada and the European democracies.

Thanks for your tireless work Seth.

Congress and the Supreme Court haven’t held his administration accountable to the rule of law for more than a year. What’s going to change that? There will be no more midterms. What we should really be looking at is the inner circle, those who assume power when he dies. He WILL die. What do we do when the Stephen Millers, Pam Bondis, Kristi Noems , Pete Hegseths and countless others who think like him have “inherited the earth”?

This is proof beyond proof.

If Trump can't be King of America, he'll just give Americans the finger, and declare himself King of the World.

This POS madman who is fortifying his corrupt cabal by creating alliances with every bad actor on the world stage, needs to be stopped.

Fuck right off with all the talk about a blue wave in the midterms. That is a fairytale for the foolish. Democracy is dying across the globe before our eyes. The inevitable showdown between good and evil is underway, and so far our response has been but a whimper. It is time to get focussed and fight like your freedom is gasping its' last breath.

What do you think of this additional option? What if the 21 members of the Legion of Doom each pay him the $1 billion country club membership fee that he is demanding? And then... Trump abdicates the presidency, he takes the 21 billion dollars, and he self exiles to some safe haven somewhere in the world? Is Epstein's Island available? A condo in New Gaza? Or, beachfront in New Rafah?

On the other hand, the Legion of Doom is made up of war criminals, strong arm despots, and mini me's. Wouldn't they send hit squad after hit squad after him, anywhere in the world, to take back their billions? Or, to square the debt? With $21 billion, Trump could buy himself a small army for protection, but would that even be enough?

Also, this Bored of Peace doesn't seem to have much of an agenda for solving the world's problems. Sounds like a country club to me. They will meet periodically...at one of Trump's properties, wine-and-dine, and go back home. It's a sham. It's a scam.

A small addendum to your splendid, as usual, compilation and explanation: as an attorney/political scientist/educator, I (and my co-author attorney) have been researching and writing for 4 years about the dangers of the so-called sovereign citizen movement. I must sadly reveal that I read all 902 pages of Project 2025 which combines my concern with your overarching ones. This leaderless cult of pseudo-law lone wolves has garnered from weekend seminars in motels and tons of YouTube videos that the US went bankrupt in 1933; that your birth certificate made you a ward of the King; that all attorneys are members of the British BAR (don't ask); and that they don't need to obey any state laws as we are all under a corporation with maritime and admiralty law, and governed by the UCC. My first published paper about their dangers was entitled "As Above, So Below." It tied the growing international popularity of this mishmash with Trump's/GOP/MAGA dismissal of the need to obey the law. The "sov cit" movement blatantly wants to overthrow our entire legal system and replace it with "God-based common law" which means what Trump said---it all depends on his/the individual defendant's beliefs. They are openly contemptuous of court, as is Trump. But what startled me was what I read in PROJECT 2025. It wants "anyone's personal interpretation of the law" to be honored by the judge and treated as equal to what is in our law, precedents, etc.

Seth, I am reeling. Even though I consider myself very well-informed from reading all your Proof books & Substack books & reports, this shook me. I knew this was F47's lifelong fantasy, becoming a mob boss, but...damn! That Charter is audacious, (bold in wickedness), just...I can't think of a strong enough word!! I am flabbergasted. He's insane.

Question: Do you think he'll appoint Jr as his successor? OR Jared? I tend to believe he'll want to keep it in the "family", literally, if he can.

The most recent reporting suggests that MAGA brass are secretly discussing the following:

2028: Vance/Rubio

2032: Vance/Trump Jr.

2036: Trump Jr./? (was supposed to be Charlie Kirk)

2040: Trump Jr./? (was supposed to be Charlie Kirk)

2044: Barron Trump/?

2048: Barron Trump/?

Obviously this is crazy for too many reasons to count, among them that Trump Sr. may not allow *any* more elections, Vance/Rubio is likely not a winning ticket the way things are going for Republicans nationwide, Trump Jr. is unelectable, and so on, but it at least underscores that those around Trump understand he wants a family dynasty. Vance is only allowed in the conversation because he and Trump Jr. have become very close and Trump fundamentally thinks the Trumps could destroy Vance if they had to (possibly using the racism of the MAGA base to turn on Vance over his non-white wife).

My thinking is that he will tap Jared for Chairman-designee while never planning to leave that position himself until his natural death (no matter what happens with his political career).

Lisa Bahr's avatar

Wow. Some line-up they're considering! Yup, I agree w/all your points. I can definitely see his family turning on Vance. And, I agree, the strongest candidate in my mind was Jared, too. Jared is now so heavily involved in "negotiations" or talks w/Greenland & other countries & I am infuriated that legacy media hasn't bothered to ask about Kushner's involvement when he isn't a part of this admin!! Formally or informally! He just showed up! Yet, no reporter seems to be asking wth is going on.

Thanks for replying, Seth! As always sending healing wishes your way as you continue to do all this work for us. You are greatly appreciated. ☮️

Regarding Trump's immunity, it seems pretty clear that the Board is not set up as a function of Trump's as POTUS. For example, Trump reserves the right to appoint anyone he wants as his successor. That could be Elon Musk just as easily as it could be JD Vance or Mike Johnson. I would argue therefore that the Board is not something pursued as part of his official duties as president, and therefore that immunity does not apply.

Man, hard to thank you for this reporting. My first thought was Tramp did not come up with this idea on his own as the bylaws of the charter would lead us to believe. Who came up with the scam? It seems antithetical to king or dictator to allow a king before them. I understand the lucrative aspect but even a grade school aged child would understand the supremacy of Tramp power in this contract. So you are basically saying nowhere to hide from the axis of evil. I thought it was bad that DAVOS even allowed Kushners absurdly grotesque Riviera presentation. Now this, while leaders of the democrat party continue to hold the carrot of 2026, when they too have to see the handwriting on the wall. Gobsmacked

Trump's Board is "of Peace" in approximately the same sense as George Raft's Miami meeting of gangsters was in "Some Like it Hot."
