America deserves a thorough public Congressional inquiry into the actions of the Secret Service both before and during the January 6th, 2021 armed insurrection.
I was surprised when my Brazilian plumber told me he knew about the Bolsonaro’s possible involvement in the attempted coup in the US. He said it’s all over the news in Brazil, as you have written. Yet, in the US, you are the only person bringing it up.
American reporters can't accept the idea that Trump *almost* had Russian-financed Brazilian tanks rolling down American streets, which would've been followed by American-financed Brazilian tanks rolling down Venezuelan streets. The U.S. major media doesn't want to admit that we *almost* lost our democracy to a few idiots with help from foreign governments, because "comfortable lies" are better for business than "uncomfortable truths".
I hadn't seen this before. I have read only what Seth posted & I though Trump's connection with Bolsonaro was his affinity for militias that took out his political enemies. How would Brazil get the tanks to the US? Or would Russia be so kind as to deliver them? So the US almost fell to Putin? These people aren't going away. They are crazy in their fidelity to Trump.
