Seth, can you elaborate a little more on the claim that the recently introduced seal for the office of the former president may be violating the law? I haven’t been able to find much more information about that.
It's perfectly legal for the House managers to call Tuberville as a witness if they are bold enough. I'm skeptical that they are. He wouldn't dare lie to the Senate in the impeachment trial.
