I'm not privy to your source material, Seth, so I don't know to what extent Cindy Chafian "intervened." If she was referring to giving Reiki to clear negative energy, it would be wrong to characterize her effort as "diplomacy." A Reiki session (making symbols in the air, placing hands on or near the body's energy meridians) is nothing akin to mediation. She didn't even need to see or touch another party; Reiki can be given in absentia.

The Willard is about a 5 minute walk from Trump International and adjacent to Freedom Plaza where major rallies/marches often begin ... I saw Chafian and her group **try** to speak over the 2020 Women's March meeting point at the plaza across the street -- surely parties mentioned are aware of how convenient that hotel is for any big wig needing to step quickly in/out of a hot stage.
I live on the east side of the Capitol Building. Knowing Stone et al were in their room "safe" less than a mile from what they incited -- that woman's entitlement -- is just more abhorrent.
