Good job, thanks for sharing with people who may not be able to subscribe. Brings to mind Cory Doctorow who still got rich even though he gave all his publications away. (Maybe not all, but yeah, you get my point)! Thank you!
You are a good and generous soul, Seth. Your dedicated love of this country and your devotion to its rule of law--warts and all--helps me sleep at night. God's protection and blessings, stalwart soldier. One day you will be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
So... the fact that Trump has not been charged with ANYTHING by the DOJ, in the face of all the evidence Publicly Available, is more than a little strange, is it not? As you put it, “these are derelictions of duty and lapses of honor.”
Strange but also not as strange as you might think. As I have written about elsewhere, Rosenstein narrowed the scope of what Mueller could investigate so significantly that more or less all the Special Counsel could consider was whether Trump or his campaign conspired in the hacking the Kremlin committed during the 2016 election season. But as this Introduction confirms, that was never the accusation against Trump. The accusation had to do with Bribery, primarily, but also potential Money Laundering, two things the Special Counsel never considered in part because no financial records were available and in part because it was outside his remit.
Indeed, almost the entire focus of Proof of Collusion lies outside what the Special Counsel was looking at (beyond the Bribery—which focuses on Trump's multiple pre-election Trump Tower Moscow deals—I am referring to public solicitations for criminal conduct by Trump, attempts to get Clinton's emails after-the-fact via Russian hackers, using a backchannel to the Kremlin that would have constituted Conspiracy to Solicit Illegal Foreign Donations, and so on), so given that the Special Counsel was looking only at something no one thought Trump did or could have done, or that Putin would even have needed him to do, the lack of indictments against *Trump specifically* was unsurprising.
But.
And this is a big "but."
In Volume II of his Report, Mueller established that Trump had committed 12 federal felonies after the fact, and the only reason he was not indicted was because of a faulty DOJ advisory opinion saying he couldn't be. And then Barr blocked it, anyway. So as to Volume I, the lack of *Trump* indictments (keeping in mind there were *tons* of *other* indictments) is unsurprising given the narrow scope of the investigation, and as to Volume II it is unsurprising because we saw the dirty politics playing out in real time.
Thank you for doing such a large part in securing "the blessings of liberty". If the US dies at the hands of a delusional wannabe Kremlin movement, it will do so out of ignorance, arrogance & manipulation. You've done much to pull back that veil of ignorance.
I listened to all three books, Proof of Conspiracy, Proof of Corruption and Proof of Collusion. Learned so much from all three and now here we are with the Dunham report of obfuscation.
Thanks so very much for this incredible public service. I look forward to reading each chapter as it comes. Trump and his minions will be held accountable someday, but it sure is getting frustrating waiting. And the news media generally does such a crummy job, too many people don't actually realize what is going on yet. Thank you for educating people with facts.
What a great public service. Thanks.
For Democracy to prevail in America, Trump and his Congressional Trumpers must be indicted.
Thanks! Awesome piece of work!
Thank you, this is valuable reading. I appreciate your generosity.

Great news. I gifted this book to a number of friends back in the day and it was eye opening. This is a good public service. Thanks.
Every American should read this.
