I'm not sorry that yours is the ONLY thing I spend my precious $$ on subscribing to in the blog/opinion/research field! It is worth supporting your work to continue because of gems like this ... the number of times something "breaks" in the "news" and I say to myself that I already knew this because Seth had told me, or that (like this) facts come to light that bolster your early reports. I know you sometimes get negative(!) feedback, but there is no doubt that your contribution to shining a laser beam on this insurrection and what went before (and after) is massive and historic. I look forward to your next book to add to the previous volumes, once the time is right. No-one is more entitled to tell the rest of the story than you IMHO, including how the citizen researchers are bringing their skills to exposing people who would rather fly under the radar.

Me too! Over here, in the UK, the only reason I have a clue what is going on is thanks to Seth.

When you say, "And the answer tracks back to an exclusive Proof report that was published almost half a year ago," I say damn straight and marvel at you for ALWAYS being way ahead and on the leading edge, SETH!

Ray Epps is having a turn in the barrel, but he should stick to his Truth. Testify! 🙌

Epps may have agreed to be the scapegoat fake fbi guy.

Who would he have agreed with? Why would anyone do something like that? Because he knew back then that he was gonna be able to sue Fox News for some big money? Think again.

I don't understand why the FBI didn't take the opportunity to answer in a way to dispel ted cruz' disinformation. There should be a carve out for how they can respond in order to fight disinformation whose intent is to destroy the Constitution and democracy.

Just throwing this out there. I believe it would be a teaching opportunity to refer to the Republican Party henceforth, in the general lexicon as the

TRUMPinistas. (as in being derived from Sandanistas)

Multiple reasons for this but primarily it. puts focus on the Banana Republic and political violence parallels. (Also, the ironic insult of coming from south of the border)

I'd be happy if Biden started calling them Trumpinistas too.

Let's fight fire with fire.

Since there are real, essential parallels

I think it would be fair for President Biden to wonder out loud if it isn't an appropriate term*..

as he quips they didn't come over the border. on his watch.!

(*Maybe after, we the people, make the 'branding' as natural as police are known as 'cops'!!)

So pick it up, use it. Show Trump up

-- and just where he thinks he dominates: the 'branding' battlefield.

I'm not sure so I don't want to say one way or another, but the scuttlebutt—yet to be confirmed, as far as I know—is that this is the civil lawsuit Michael Cohen filed against Trump back in mid-December 2021. Presumably Cohen and his attorneys want to depose Trump in this civil case. It's interesting, if so, but keep in mind that Trump faces civil lawsuits all the time and has been deposed many times. None of it stops him from committing crimes. What is desperately needed is for him to face *criminal* liability and (for that matter) interrogation in a criminal law context.
